Pride Fit offers a hybrid style cross training, group workout environment. 45-55 minutes in length, including myofascial release, dynamic warm up, the main work out, and cool down. The ultimate goal of this program is to improve body composition and increase strength and conditioning. Pride Fit is a rejuvenated "bootcamp" experience that offers modifications and corrective exercise movements to meet the needs and physical abilities of almost everyone. This is to ensure the safest, yet most effective group training experience anywhere!

2 clients. 1 Trainer. All of the great benefits of Personal Training, but you are splitting cost with your buddy. This program will not be as private compared to one-on-one Personal Training but it still delivers results, FAST! Buddy Training works great for parents and children, husband and wife, or even a couple of friends who like to work out together, semi-privately. It can also be motivating and rewarding to have your "buddy" training close to you to make sure you're not slacking off. :-)
Private/Small Group Training
Also known as small group training. This program works great for those working towards a specific goal, or a particular sport. It is always more motivating to complete that mile run in soccer practice when you are running alongside your friends. It is the same mindset here. A group of athletes, friends, work colleagues, or family members have the option of group training with a much more specific, goal oriented work out, in a private class setting .

Our youth fitness program teaches the fundamentals of ninja warrior training, basic gymnastics, athletic development, team building skills, strength & social confidence. Ages 6-12 years (age 5 must be accompanied by a guardian).
Muscular recovery, restoration, physical and mental rejuvenation. This program combines core training, corrective exercise, myofascial release, and some of the basic principles of yoga all in one. The benefits of this program include: increased flexibility and mobility, core strength, a tighter waistline, balance and stability, and injury prevention. YogaCorr is the ultimate form of active recovery; a cardiovascular benefit with minimal impact on your body. Your body will thank you.
